Community Engagement Coordinator — Hybrid

What you'll do

• Respond to direct messages, comments, and inquiries across PRO social channels
• run community challenges, contests, and giveaways
• maintain an engagement calendar
• monitor conversations and mentions
• source and coordinate user-generated content
• analyze community questions, sentiment, and themes
• track engagement against earned media value goals
• maintain a consistent brand voice.
