The Multimedia Photographer & Video Editor role is onsite in Nashville, Tennessee, with travel to support LEO programs and content opportunities. Compensation is not specified. The role supports LEO Events’ brand content work, capturing the company’s events, people, and brand for use across channels. The position plans, captures, and edits photography and video, turning event activity and other company stories into timely content. It works with Brand Content, Marketing & Communications, Business Development, and company leaders to create visual materials for social, marketing, sales, recruiting, and executive storytelling.

What you'll do

• Capture photography and video at LEO-produced client programs, offices, and industry events
• produce and edit short- and long-form content for multiple platforms
• conduct and capture interviews as directed
• create rapid-turn and same-day event content when appropriate
• develop motion graphics and branded visual treatments
• plan event capture with shot lists and equipment needs
• collaborate with marketing, business development, and company leaders
• maintain an organized library of footage and visual assets
• explore tools and workflows that improve production quality and efficiency.
