What you'll do

• Manage and prioritize service-request incidents
• facilitate new-client onboarding and additional service implementation with business, operations, and IT teams
• gather and document client requirements, workflows, configurations, and service expectations
• translate requirements into tasks, development requests, and system enhancements
• identify process, tool, and reporting improvements
• develop business requirements, test plans, and project plans
• lead user acceptance testing
• coordinate testing, training, and implementation
• track onboarding milestones, dependencies, requirements, and issues
• support business systems.
