What you'll do

• Lead team members through shifts and oversee deployment and floor operations
• model hospitality and coach guest experience standards
• uphold service, product, safety, and sanitation standards
• provide constructive feedback
• ensure products meet recipe and visual standards
• assist with onboarding and training
• follow administrative procedures for cash handling, ordering, receiving, time-clock verification, and sanitation audits.
