What you'll do

- round on patients and physicians as appropriate
- monitor care quality and address concerns
- provide or oversee nursing assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
- coordinate documentation and interdisciplinary communication
- support staffing and resource needs
- mentor team members and participate in performance improvement and shared governance.
