Proposals Engineer / Estimator — Pipeline and Process Services

What you'll do

• Develop technical methodologies, equipment lists, and cost estimates
• attend client pre-bid meetings and site visits
• coordinate proposal documentation and tender deliverables
• interpret client documents, drawings, specifications, and scope
• collaborate with technical, engineering, cross-functional, and business development teams
• obtain vendor quotations and negotiate where appropriate
• coordinate tender clarifications
• submit client terms for legal review
• participate in tender negotiations.
