The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) — Float Pool is an onsite, full-time opportunity based in Le Sueur, MN, paying $24 per hour. The role supports residents across Monarch Healthcare Management’s skilled nursing and assisted living communities in Minnesota; travel to various communities is expected. Under the supervision of an LPN or RN, the CNA provides resident-centered care and assists with daily living activities. The role supports resident dignity, independence, comfort, and well-being while helping staff coverage across Monarch’s network.

What you'll do

• Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities
• support mobility, safety, and comfort
• provide basic restorative and nursing care
• observe and report changes in resident condition
• maintain required documentation
• support individualized care plans and preferences
• follow Minnesota Department of Health standards, the Resident Bill of Rights, and facility policies.
