Medication Aide

The Medication Aide works onsite in Mancos, CO. Pay is $18–$27 per hour. The Valley Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center provides personalized, community-focused care to residents. The role administers medications according to physician orders and state guidelines, monitors residents for side effects or changes, and documents medication administration and observations. It works with CNAs, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to support resident care plans and well-being.

What you'll do

• Administer medications accurately in accordance with physician orders and state guidelines
• monitor residents for medication side effects or changes in condition and report them to the supervising nurse. Maintain timely documentation of medication administration and observations, collaborate with CNAs, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams on care plans, and provide respectful care in a safe, clean environment.
