What you'll do

• Follow individualized care plans and report changes in condition
• provide safety oversight
• assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
• provide companionship and emotional support
• escort clients to appointments, errands, or community activities
• perform light housekeeping, laundry, and household organization
• plan and prepare meals according to dietary needs
• shop for groceries and run errands
• complete daily reporting and maintain client confidentiality.
