What you'll do

• Provide customer service in person and by phone, including during high-stress situations

• assist with basic medical emergencies for pets and owners
• support medication pickups and inquiries
• enter data in practice management software
• assist with retail sales, weighing pets, records, faxes, cash reconciliation, and end-of-day duties.
