What you'll do

• Respond to new leads by phone, text, and email
• schedule qualified appointments for Roofing Advisors
• follow up with leads and unsold opportunities
• confirm appointments
• make outbound calls and conduct lead-generation activities
• provide professional customer service
• maintain accurate CRM records and organized files
• assist with payments, invoices, permits, and project documentation
• communicate issues and support teammates.
