It supports guest service through accurate preparation, delivery organization, teamwork, and attention to sanitation and product quality.

What you'll do

• Prepare food and execute service in the Fogg Café and other areas
• know menu and off-menu recipes and par levels
• maintain cleanliness, organization, sanitation, and security of food storage
• organize and store incoming deliveries
• learn new recipes
• maintain product consistency and quality
• support guest service.
