Kids Strength and Conditioning Coach, KidStrong

The Kids Strength and Conditioning Coach role is onsite in Everett, WA, with pay of $20–$25 per hour. KidStrong Everett runs a science-based training program focused on children’s physical, brain, and character development. The coach leads classes using the KidStrong curriculum, demonstrating exercises and supporting safe participation for children from about 12 months through age 11. The role also involves communicating with parents and guardians, recording class information, and attending training and programming meetings.

What you'll do

• Coach classes of 6 to 15 children
• teach the provided KidStrong curriculum
• keep classes on schedule and at the appropriate pace
• greet students and parents or guardians
• demonstrate and manage exercises
• maintain a professional and motivating class environment
• keep the center clean
• record class data in the coach app
• complete directed training
• attend monthly programming and other required staff meetings
• and assist parents of students age three and younger with class flow. Camp coaching is optional.
