The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Pediatric ABA role is clinic-based and onsite in Houston, TX, with a stated salary of $75,000–$90,000 per year. MedCare Pediatric provides individualized care to help children communicate, connect, and grow. The BCBA assesses behavior, develops individualized ABA treatment plans, supervises and mentors behavior technicians, and collaborates with families and other disciplines to support children’s progress and coordinated care.

What you'll do

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and evaluations
• develop ABA treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
• supervise, train, and mentor RBTs and BTs
• mentor analysts in training and BCaBAs
• monitor progress and adjust plans using data
• educate parents and caregivers
• collaborate with occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, nursing, and other disciplines
• and maintain clinical documentation and compliance.
