What you'll do

• Install, diagnose, repair, maintain, and upgrade computers and peripherals
• resolve end-user issues in person
• monitor and prioritize incident queues
• escalate issues to the L3 team or vendors
• document incident work and resolutions
• fulfill service requests
• track and verify IMAC requests
• support hardware imaging, deployment, asset refresh, inventory, and equipment movement
• and provide VIP support.
