What you'll do

• Establish and grow a water/wastewater group
• pursue business development
• prepare plans, specifications, costs, and estimates
• lead engineering design projects
• meet with client board members and provide monthly progress reports
• monitor construction and provide on-site observation
• manage construction administration and project representatives
• assess system deficiencies and recommend improvements
• engage community members and stakeholders.
