What you'll do

• Manage daily branch operations and employees
• handle counter sales, orders, quotes, payments, and cash transactions
• build contractor and repeat-customer relationships
• manage timecards, payroll submissions, and schedules
• maintain inventory and receive materials
• coordinate purchasing
• make bank deposits
• open and close the location
• maintain the counter, warehouse, and yard
• assist with loading
• operate company vehicles when needed
• help hire and train staff
• develop new business.
