What you'll do

• Clean common areas, stairways, breezeways, laundry rooms, and vacant apartments
• inspect and clean grounds
• open and close the laundry room
• perform landscaping as needed
• report damage and excessive trash
• remove snow and apply ice melt
• follow safety requirements and hazardous-material precautions.
