What you'll do

• Oversee and document daily job-site activities and OSHA safety compliance
• direct field personnel according to the project plan
• communicate progress and issues to the Project Manager
• establish working relationships with clients, team members, and subcontractors
• support project start-up and turnover planning
• formulate and maintain construction schedules and progress reports
• ensure safety meetings and site-specific safety requirements
• coordinate quality benchmarks and inspections
• manage subcontractor performance, site logistics, and documentation
• lead project and subcontractor meetings
• maintain daily reports, logs, drawings, and safety files
• manage subcontractor closeout, utility transfer, owner training, work lists, and punch lists.
