Build Team Manager

Job overview

The Build Team Manager role is onsite in Portland, OR, with compensation of $38–$42 per hour. Axiom Custom Products takes custom projects from concept through installation using digital manufacturing and skilled craftsmanship. This hands-on manager leads and develops build teams and coordinates production so custom projects meet safety, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.

What you'll do

• Lead and develop build teams
• plan production around project schedules, labor, and capacity
• coordinate with CNC, metal, finish, and manufacturing management
• review drawings and build requirements
• monitor quality, labor, progress, and budgets
• resolve production issues
• ensure accurate handoffs and assemblies
• promote safety and continuous improvement
• cross-train team members.
