What you'll do

• Wash dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• assist with food preparation according to recipes and chef instructions
• keep kitchen areas clean, organized, and sanitary
• store food properly and follow food-safety standards
• assist with restaurant and banquet operations, including buffet setup
• participate in team meetings and training
• follow resort policies and safety procedures.
