What you'll do

• Take vital signs and complete physical assessments
• log clients’ personal belongings and valuables
• administer urine screens and breathalyzer tests
• conduct client well-checks
• complete shift reports and required documentation
• redirect clients under supervisor direction
• identify signs of relapse or drug use
• assist with de-escalation and client problems.
