The CNC Machine Operator 2 role is onsite in Massillon, OH, with compensation of $20–$24 per hour. The position is a first-shift opportunity with a growing Northeast Ohio manufacturing company, recruited by Legacy Staffing. The operator runs Schutte multi-spindle machines, monitors production, and performs in-process inspections to maintain quality and flow. The role also supports changeovers, documents production results, and may develop toward setup and higher-level machining responsibilities.

What you'll do

• Operate Schutte multi-spindle machines during production runs
• monitor machine performance and production flow
• load materials and verify requirements
• make basic adjustments and tooling offsets
• inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and gauges
• read blueprints and verify dimensions
• maintain machine and work-area cleanliness
• assist setup technicians with changeovers
• document production counts, scrap, and downtime
• follow safety and manufacturing standards.
