Waypoint supports young people experiencing homelessness and housing instability. This role provides coverage for staff call-outs, sick time, vacations, and open shelter shifts. Staff engage with youth in a trauma-informed, judgment-free setting, help maintain a safe shelter, and assist with access to basic needs.

What you'll do

• Provide coverage for staff call-outs, sick time, vacations, and open shelter shifts
• support and engage with youth in a trauma-informed, judgment-free environment
• help maintain a safe, welcoming shelter
• assist youth with food, clothing, hygiene supplies, showers, and other basic needs.
