The Dimensional Engineer role is onsite in Foster City, CA. Compensation is not specified. What you'll do

• Perform dimensional and tolerance analysis
• interpret CAD models, engineering drawings, and build strategies
• develop GD&T schemes and tolerance assumptions
• support programs from concept through production launch
• conduct dimensional root-cause analysis and corrective actions
• collaborate with design, manufacturing, quality, and suppliers
• assess supplier feasibility and tolerance capability.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering or related field and 7–8 years of relevant experience. GD&T (ASME Y14.5) and 1D/3D tolerance analysis experience required; 3DCS experience and automotive OEM or Tier-1 experience preferred.
