What you'll do
- Direct and coordinate clinical departments
- oversee continuity, quality, and safety of services in compliance with state and federal requirements
- supervise staff and support adherence to plans of care and patient assessments
- monitor the QAPI program and corrective measures
- support payer compliance through education and coaching
- participate in the Interdisciplinary Group and QAPI activities
- report system issues to the Administrator
- meet continuing education requirements
- promote infection control and effective team communication.
