What you'll do

• Follow instructions from the professional nurse or therapist
• assist with bathing, oral care, and dressing
• measure and record vital signs and intake/output as directed by care plans
• observe and report safety hazards and significant client observations
• report complaints and abnormal findings to the registered nurse
• maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements and agency policies
• perform delegated non-invasive, non-sterile treatments
• document vital signs, height, weight, intake/output, environmental situations, and client behaviors
• assist with ambulation, positioning, turning, transportation, and personal hygiene.
