What you'll do

• Bus, clear, and clean tables and sweep floors during service and prepare areas before service
• safely transport dishes and utensils to the kitchen
• wash dishes, glasses, and pots
• clean cooking stations and equipment
• maintain display equipment and sanitation standards
• receive and move deliveries to storage areas using safe lifting practices
• follow food presentation, portion control, serving temperature, and HACCP standards
• follow company safety procedures.
