It contributes to customer fulfillment by managing receiving, inventory, picking, packing, shipping, team performance, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Oversee receiving, downpacking, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping
• lead and develop production and warehouse teams, including the Production Supervisor and Shipping Supervisor
• manage scheduling, cross-training, shift planning, and performance evaluations
• enforce hazardous-material safety and DOT, IATA, and OSHA requirements
• coordinate parcel and freight carriers
• improve workflows using Lean/5S
• lead cycle counts and reconciliation audits against the ERP platform.
