Warehouse Distribution Analyst

What you'll do

• Support creation of internal requisitions, sales orders, and stock transfer orders using Oracle, SAP, and reporting systems
• monitor inventory movement and shipment accuracy
• partner with production schedulers, material planners, and supply planning teams
• review inventory data and identify discrepancies
• troubleshoot order or EDI system issues and escalate as needed
• process over, short, and damaged product claims
• participate in cycle counts
• review warehouse invoices and support purchase order creation
• track and report KPIs
• provide general logistics and distribution support.
