This role is responsible for applying and rolling fiberglass and resin onto mold surfaces to build luxury boats. The Laminator ensures quality standards are met by consolidating materials, removing air from parts, and following detailed build instructions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What you'll do

• Roll out and consolidate fiberglass materials.
• Wetout and apply core, stringers, and bracing.
• Read and understand part build drawings.
• Demold parts and place on dollies.
• Maintain clean work area and follow safety procedures.
• Use hand and power tools.
