The Lead Real-Time Artist role is based onsite in Sarasota, FL, with candidates able to work onsite or relocate strongly preferred. Compensation is $100,000–$120,000 annually, commensurate with experience. The role supports Imerza’s digital twin and architectural visualization projects built on Unreal Engine 5. This hands-on leadership role balances production work with leading a studio of 3–4 artists across concurrent projects. It owns quality from project brief through delivery while contributing to technical setup, pipeline improvements, mentoring, and production research and development.

• Lead a studio of 3–4 artists across concurrent projects
• build alongside the team
• own studio-level quality assurance
• lead project kickoffs and share production context
• reduce specialist dependencies
• lead pre-production technical setup
• contribute Unreal Engine 5 pipeline improvements
• mentor artists and provide performance feedback and career support
• represent studio work with clients and stakeholders as that responsibility evolves
• recommend hiring and performance outcomes
• work within an art budget.
