What you'll do

• Provide guest service and recommend products and promotions
• support the shopping environment and sales initiatives
• process purchases and returns through the POS system
• respond to guest questions and escalate issues
• promote reservations, trade-ins, and loyalty benefits
• assist with associate training, feedback, scheduling, and payroll
• maintain store cleanliness, merchandising, and equipment
• fulfill and ship omnichannel orders
• support inventory control, loss prevention, deposits, and store records
• supervise Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders when the Store Manager is absent
• follow opening and closing procedures.
