Loyalty Manager

The Loyalty Manager role is onsite in East Moline, IL, with a Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. schedule and annual compensation of $80,000–$120,000. The role supports Kunes Auto Group’s dealership customer retention and loyalty efforts. The manager builds customer relationships beyond the initial sale by coordinating retention programs, lifecycle communications, and campaigns across Sales, Service, BDC, and Marketing. The work aims to increase repeat purchases, service retention, referrals, and customer lifetime value.

What you'll do

• Design and manage loyalty and retention initiatives
• analyze customer purchase, service, lease, and finance data
• coordinate equity-mining and lease-end campaigns
• manage customer follow-up and win-back communications
• monitor retention and customer experience metrics
• manage loyalty tools and CRM workflows
• collaborate on direct mail, email, and digital campaigns
• coach sales and service advisors
• track referrals
• report performance and ROI
• resolve escalated customer relationship issues.
