What you'll do

• Lead and promote a positive safety culture across ramp and operational teams.
• Conduct safety observations, inspections, and audits to prevent injuries and equipment damage.
• Facilitate safety meetings and training sessions.
• Investigate workplace incidents and near misses to identify root causes.
• Partner with local leaders to implement safety action plans and ensure audit readiness for OSHA, FAA, and DOT requirements.
