Cement Terminal Manager

What you'll do

• Manage daily terminal operations and coordinate with employees, sales personnel, suppliers, shipping providers, and customers
• maintain customer service and equipment reliability
• ensure labor, safety, and environmental compliance
• manage receipts, inventory, and shipments
• develop and monitor operating budgets
• coordinate railroad and trucking logistics
• perform operational and maintenance activities as needed
• develop training programs and a teamwork environment.
