IT Site Support Technician, Conference Room AV

Job overview

The IT Site Support Technician role is onsite in Oak Brook, IL, five days per week. Compensation is $25–$30 per hour. Mondo is recruiting for a three-month contract position with a strong likelihood of extension through 2027; the role supports a client’s conference room refresh project. The technician installs and configures conference room hardware, troubleshoots AV and network connectivity, and resolves IT support tickets while supporting end users across the client facility.

What you'll do

• Replace legacy AV and conference room hardware with new devices, including Neat and Neat Center units
• configure devices and perform plug-and-play setup
• troubleshoot AV and network connectivity
• manage and resolve IT support tickets within defined SLAs using the client’s ITSM platform
• support laptops, desktops, printers, and AV equipment
• and collaborate with the network team and local support colleague.
