What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day property operations and portfolio performance

• coordinate regulatory responses and tenant compliance interventions
• prepare and participate in property reviews and recertifications
• assist tenants
• monitor arrears and litigation
• document lease violations and coordinate evictions
• oversee rent collection, applications, and delinquencies
• supervise maintenance and repairs
• coordinate vendor bids and contractor quotes
• conduct and document inspections
• coordinate construction and renovation updates
• prepare monthly financial reports and monitor budgets.
