What you'll do

• Greet members and guests
• control the front door and retail area
• check in members and register guests
• monitor check-ins for delinquent accounts
• direct guests and appointments to fitness consultants
• answer and route calls
• follow up on telephone inquiries
• respond to member concerns
• distribute keys and towels
• schedule classes and activities
• process retail and concession sales
• maintain the area and complete designated walk-throughs
• report maintenance and safety concerns.
