Coordinating with dietary staff and other departments supports timely meal service and a positive dining experience for residents.

What you'll do

• Prepare and serve meals according to established menus and resident dietary needs
• follow recipes, portion guidelines, and food preparation standards
• accommodate special diets, preferences, and texture modifications as directed
• maintain a clean, safe, organized kitchen
• follow food safety, sanitation, and infection control guidelines
• monitor food temperatures and quality
• assist with inventory, storage, and supply rotation
• collaborate with dietary staff and other departments
• help create a positive resident dining experience.

Why this role
