What you'll do

• Monitor foreign-language news and media sources and provide contextual analysis
• track political, economic, cultural, and security trends affecting public opinion
• apply language proficiency and regional expertise
• advise leadership on communication strategies
• recommend media personalities and influencers for engagement and assess resulting coverage
• draft reports on significant regional events
• provide ongoing media updates
• provide written and oral translation and interpretation
• update foreign-language social media platforms with culturally sensitive content
• recommend engagement methods
• provide analysis outside normal working hours during crises
• travel with government personnel as required for missions.
