Field Operations Specialist

The Field Operations Specialist role is onsite in East Syracuse, NY, with travel up to 75% domestically and internationally. Compensation is $75,000–$85,000 per year. Hidden Level develops and deploys RF sensing technology for airspace awareness and defense and commercial applications. The specialist plans and executes deployments, site installations, testing, demonstrations, and maintenance of sensor systems. The role coordinates with internal teams and customers to deliver configured systems, support integration, and maintain operational readiness in the field.

What you'll do

• Coordinate with Growth, Mission Operations and Customer Success, and Program Management to scope requirements
• use modeling and simulation tools to propose sensor layouts
• develop deployment plans
• conduct site surveys
• deliver and configure sensor assets
• coordinate data integration with Engineering
• support demonstrations, which may include UAS flights and live sensor monitoring
• train customer end users
• comply with installation and export regulations
• maintain deployment asset and equipment inventories
• build customer relationships
• perform preventive and corrective maintenance
• support Engineering test events.
