Assistant Store Manager

The Assistant Store Manager role is onsite in Tinley Park, IL. Compensation is $22 per hour, with eligibility for a performance-based bonus. The role supports a 7 Brew coffee shop and quick-service restaurant stand. The assistant manager partners with the Store Manager to lead the crew, maintain service and operating standards, and support the stand’s growth. It is also a development role intended to prepare the employee for a Store Manager position through coaching and operational leadership.

What you'll do

• Perform Brewista and Shift Lead duties
• coach and train crew members
• maintain wait times, cleanliness, and customer interactions
• support team culture and performance feedback
• help create weekly schedules
• support operations across shifts
• track and order inventory and supplies
• handle cash, deposits, and change
• prepare the crew for health inspections and food safety
• delegate tasks
• assist at nearby locations when asked.
