• Enforce discipline and conduct guidelines

• assist the Principal with expulsions
• intervene in student behavior
• support classroom discipline
• maintain a safe school environment and assist with emergency drills
• assist with curriculum development
• prepare reports and paperwork
• mentor and supervise staff as assigned
• support school events and building operations
• facilitate communication and represent the school in community forums.
