What you'll do

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and establish baseline health status
• create detailed plans of care reflecting individual needs and preferences
• manage and supervise tenant care
• assess nursing personnel’s knowledge, skills, and capabilities
• clarify expectations and address behaviors to support tenant safety and well-being
• follow Minnesota Board of Nursing standards, the Tenants’ Bill of Rights, and the QAPI program.
