What you'll do

• Provide MEP/FP technical oversight from preconstruction through closeout
• review and coordinate design documents for constructability and system integration
• participate in meetings with consultants, owners, and project teams
• evaluate subcontractor proposals, scopes, and prequalification packages
• monitor construction progress and alignment with plans, specifications, and codes
• support schedules and sequencing
• track submittals, RFIs, and change orders
• coordinate inspections, startup, testing, and commissioning
• troubleshoot system issues
• assess cost impacts, value engineering, and project risks
• mentor project team members and field personnel.
