Conduct In-Home Health Evaluations, including medication and medical history review, physical evaluation, and diagnostic tests. Use an iPad and intuitive clinical workflow. Provide all Signify Health services as indicated including Diagnostic & Preventive Services products. Be flexible to travel locally and within licensed states.
