The Assistant Project Manager, ANS role is onsite in Albany, NY, with compensation of $90,000–$110,000 per year. This role supports the Project Manager with construction coordination, field oversight, project controls, and closeout. It helps keep work safe, on schedule, within budget, and aligned with contract requirements while surfacing risks and coordinating stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Support day-to-day project management, coordination, administration, and field oversight from construction through closeout. Maintain an onsite presence
• monitor construction for compliance with drawings, specifications, contracts, quality standards, inspections, and testing requirements. Coordinate stakeholders and meetings
• manage RFIs, submittals, change requests, logs, and project documentation. Monitor contractor progress, schedules, costs, payments, deficiencies, and risks
• document field conditions and support punch lists, commissioning, training, and closeout.
