Line Cook

The Line Cook role is onsite in Orlando, FL, with pay of $18–$22 per hour. The cook reports to the Manager on Duty, Sous Chef, or Lead Cook at Bosphorous Turkish Cuisine. The role prepares menu items to company standards and helps deliver timely, consistent service. Maintaining safe food handling, organized workstations, and adequate line supplies supports kitchen operations and guest dining experiences.

What you'll do

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and specifications
• set up and stock workstations
• clean and maintain food preparation areas and equipment
• follow food safety and sanitation practices
• monitor food temperatures and ingredient freshness
• rotate and label stock
• assist with inventory and ordering
• coordinate with kitchen staff and report equipment maintenance needs.
