Utilities Worker

The Utilities Worker role is onsite in Wellesley Hills, MA, with compensation of $22–$26 per hour. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 1:00 p.m.–9:30 p.m. The position supports facility operations for J & J Worldwide Services. The worker performs general maintenance, light repairs, custodial tasks, and facility support to keep assigned spaces safe, clean, and operational. The role also assists with supplies, records, room setup, and facility needs as they arise.

What you'll do

• Perform general building repairs, including painting, basic carpentry, light plumbing, and door and hardware repair
• inspect facilities and equipment
• clean assigned areas
• restock supplies
• move materials and escort cash deposits
• maintain reports and logs
• set up conference rooms and assist with meeting food and beverage preparation
• respond to facility emergencies
• perform other listed duties as assigned, which may include opening or closing, snow removal, groundskeeping, furniture moves, access-control calls, alarm monitoring, mail handling, and other facility tasks.
